Eazi Products: Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from the Eazi products store on this e-commerce platform.
- Policy Duration
Eazi offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within
7 days from the date of delivery. Please check the product details page for the exact period applicable to your item. (Have to mention in product details page)
- Condition of Product
We encourage you to try on the product upon receipt. However, all returned or exchanged items must remain unused (As it pertains hygiene category, we will not reuse the same and will be discarded as per policy) to and be preserved in their original condition, complete with all original tags & packaging, and accessories.
- In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please log in to your account and submit a return/exchange request via the “My Orders” section.
- Return Methods
We offer two ways to return the product to our warehouse:
- A. Pick Up (Preferred Method):
- In most serviceable pin codes, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see this option when submitting your return request.
- Our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the return item at the time of pick-up.
- Refund/Replacement Initiation:
- For a successful pick-up and quality check, we will initiate a doorstep refund into your payment mode at the time of purchase mode immediately, where applicable.
- For other pin codes where pick up is not available, the refund will be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the final quality check.
- If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
- B. Self-Ship:
- If the pick-up service is not available in your location, you may self-ship the product back to our warehouse address.
- Shipping Cost Credit: We will credit the return shipping costs (up to a maximum of Rs 100 in the form of Eazi credits in our wallet or an equivalent amount into your account as per mode of payment.
- The product meets the return policy conditions.
- You have shared a scanned copy/photo of the courier receipt with us.
- Exchange and Replacement Policy
If you choose to exchange an item for reasons such as:
- Mismatch of Size.
- Receipt of a Defective/Damaged Item.
You will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
- Stock & Serviceability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
- Process: Our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item.
- Item Swap Option: You have the option to exchange the item for the same style (in a same or different size), or for any other item of the same or different value from the Eazi store, subject to our specified exchange period payment of price difference if any and serviceability.
- Refund for Return Amount
Upon successful completion of the quality check (either at the doorstep or at our warehouse), the return amount will be refunded to the buyer using the refund mode selected during the initiation of the return request.
Self-Ship Guidelines
- Acceptable Courier Services
To ensure we can track and safely receive your return, you must use a reliable courier service that provides online tracking.
- Required: The shipping receipt and tracking number must be preserved and shared with us to process your refund for the shipping costs.
- Recommended Couriers in India (examples):, Delivery, DTDC, Professional Courier, or India Post (Registered Post/Speed Post with tracking).
- Return Packaging Standards
The product’s safe return is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. A return will not be processed if the item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Note on Courier Fee Refund: We will only credit the self-ship courier charges (in the form of Myntra/Eazi credits) if the product meets all return policy conditions and you have successfully submitted a clear scan or photo of the official courier receipt showing the amount paid.
