Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This website and/or mobile application (“the Platform”) is operated by Eazi products. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eazi products. We offer the Platform, including all information, tools, and services, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, notices, and policies stated herein.

By accessing, browsing, visiting, downloading, or purchasing from the Platform (including the Eazi App), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including, without limitation, vendors, browsers, merchants, content contributors, and customers.

Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Platform or use any of our Services.

Any new features, tools, or content added to the Platform shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Platform. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 – Online Store & App Terms

• Eligibility and Consent: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Platform.

• Prohibited Use: Our products and the Service cannot be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor can you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.

• Security: You must not transmit any destructive virus, worm, or code.

• Termination: A violation or breach of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Data Transmission: You understand that your content, other than payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

• No Guarantee of Platform Availability: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Section 3 – Account Registration and Security 

• Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during the registration process.

• Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• Account Usage: You agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself, and that you will not use another user’s account without permission.

• General Information: If the information provided on the Platform is not accurate, complete, or current, we are not responsible. The material on the Platform is provided for general information only.

• Risk and Confirmation: It is always better to re-confirm the information (especially product details, pricing, and shipping terms) and then take decisions to avoid risks.

• Service Changes: We reserve the right at any time to modify or suspend the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

• No Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any other third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 6 – Products, Services, and Orders

• Product Availability: The products and services may have limited quantities subject to available stock.

• Visual Representation: We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any product colour will be accurately displayed.

• Returns and Warranty: Return or exchange is subjected to our separate Return or Exchange Policy. We do not give a warranty that our products, services, and information can meet your specific expectations.

• Right to Limit/Cancel Orders (Missing but Critical): We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property Rights 

• Ownership: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to, the Eazi products name, logo, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, software, code, and the arrangement thereof, is the proprietary property of Eazi products or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.

Section 8 – Links to Third-Party Websites

• Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.

• Third-party links on this Platform may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

Section 9 – Limitation of Liability (Missing but Critical)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eazi Products, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 10 – Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eazi products and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Thane Maharashtra India
